Q. WILL THE CONFERENCE BE AVAILABLE ON CD OR DVD?

A. At this time, there are plans to record the sessions. Audio CD’s will be available to attendees directly following each session and possibly DVD’s and MP3 downloads may be made available 8-24 weeks after the end of the conference, but there are no solid plans to do so at this time.

Q. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR MEALS?

A. Dinner on Wednesday and Friday night and Lunch on Thursday and Friday will be provided onsite at no additional charge. Lunch on Wednesday, Dinner on Thursday and Lunch on Saturday are not provided onsite; there are numerous options within 2-5 miles of the conference location, near all lodging options. We encourage you to connect with other attendees for fellowship during meals offsite.

Q. WILL CHILDCARE BE PROVIDED?

A. The host church is graciously providing childcare for children under age 5 at an additional fee; they require us to provide the ages and number of children 5 and under who will be using childcare 8 weeks prior to the event. Please email us immediately if you will require childcare to attend, with the names and ages of the children. Childcare will be an additional fee per day, per child, per host church staffing requirements and is available as a registration during registration checkout.

Q. WHAT LODGING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

A. American Vision has set room blocks at nearby hotels which will be available for you to reserve at specially discounted rates. These hotels, the prices, and their contact information are found on the Location & Amenities. The rooms will only be held til June 20-29, so call soon and ask for a room under the American Vision block.

Q. ARE THERE GROUP DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?

A. Persons who coordinate ten (10) registrations (ministry staff, student/single/military, couple, family up to 8 persons, or family with over 9 persons) to the WVSC will receive a FREE Married Couple’s registration. Persons who coordinate twenty-five (25) registrations to the WVSC will receive a FREE Family registration. These registrations must be processed manually; please contact events@americanvision.org with your request, name, and we will process the registrations manually and issue your complimentary registration to you.

Q. WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CONFERENCE RESERVATION?

A. We understand if plans change. If you find that you are unable to attend, please contact us at events@americanvision.org immediately with your request, name, and number of canceling attendees. You should receive a confirmation within 24-48 hours – if you do not, please try again to ensure receipt. Cancellations made prior to June 20 will receive an 80% refund. Cancellations made between June 20 and July 12 will receive a 50% refund and cancellations made between July 12 and July 20 will receive a 30% refund. Cancellations made during the conference dates are not eligible for a refund. Remember to also cancel any lodging reservations made to avoid hotel charges.
